Error on specific dialog boxes

Hello,

Don't know what happen but this happen very randomly. I try to install a program or use credentials for admin but no text is shown. Didn't installed any new program or make any changes to the system. Can please someone see the attached images and help me?

Welcome to the forum.

I would say that you have a graphics driver or font problem as the fonts don't show.
Open device manager to see if there is no warnings (yellow).
Right click on the desktop - Personalize. Save your current theme an then choose a Windows classic under Basic and high contrast.

Hello and thank you for the answer.
Unfortunately nothing of the both solutions work. Doesn't seem to be a graphic error or theme error because that happen very random. Some programs work fine and some not. Don't know what is happening
