Error Playing League of Legends 0xc000007b

I started getting this error out of nowhere, played yesterday just fine but today, a DLL error appeared (dx3dx9_39.dll) I downloaded and when trying to start the game the 0xc000007b Error appeared.

Looking on the internet i've tried scaning my computer for virus (got nothing), updated all my drivers (and reinstalled the ones that didn't have updates), and did a lot of other tries from different foruns. The last available option i found was a clean reinstall of Windows, and if possible i wish i didn't.

Did you get a BSOD?

You could try running sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt. It looks like your Windows installation is corrupted or missing files. Here's how to do it:

Also, what anti-virus program did you scan with? I'm assuming it was Avast. Try a scan with the free version of Malware Bytes and SuperAntiSpyware:

Try a System Restore to a date prior to the issue (hope you still have one after all the driver updating though) - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

If not I would try re-installing DirectX9.0c from MS.
