Solved error running chkdsk - recently installed program preventing .....

Hello, hope someone can help me please, am struggling a bit with this one as i know something is not quite right but i don't know what it is.

ran a repair (f8) on bootup and got these resuts

prob sig 01 6.1.7600.16385
02 6.1.7600.16385
03 unknown
04 181
05 manual repair
06 1
07 no root cause
os version 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
locale ID 1033

ran a sfc /scannow and got these results (cbs.log attached)

if there is anyone skilled at deciphering these cbs logs i would appreciate some help

futher info

the chkdsk screen advises the following

cannot open volume for direct access
autochk cannot run due to an error caused by a recently installed package
an unspecified error occurred (766f6c756d652e63 3f1).

not 100% what i did really, found some 'solutions' online, assigned a letter to the system reserved partition and then ran the chkdsk again and it worked, ran the scan all the way through and no error message popped up!
