Error Transferring Photos from SD card

When transferring photos from an SD card to my computer using Nikon File Transfer, I am getting a message that I do not have access. I am signed in as administrator. Can someone please tell me what I should be doing....I did not have this problem before.
I have recently installed MYPCBackup and Bitdefender....could one of these be preventing me from doing the transfer?

Put the SD card in your pc, open the files via 'Computer' and drag to the desktop.
