Do you have winrar or 7zip that opens .iso files ? You could copy the contents of the ISO to a bootable USB
I do and actually I finished redownloading the ISO Image and am currently using Ultimate Boot to remake the USB Stick. Only difference now is its taking longer....
Call me stupid but I always thought it would be a 2 minute copy thing. This has been going for about 10 minutes now...

rb: type cmd in the Search programs and files box and then hit Ctrl + Shift + Enter. Or right-click on CMD under Programs(1) and choose Run as administrator . Type in the commands below . ( Press [ENTER] after every command )
