EVE Window header problem

Problem in header. It keeps appearing again and again even if i move window up as i did in Windows XP.

I searched web, forum but probably i just do not know english good enough to ask a question. Sorry.How to make windows act with windows as windows XP? (i mean i want all windows to behave as on screenshot 2).

Unless I am missing something the only thing I see is the hour glass. Is that what you mean?

Difference is: on second screenshot there is no word "EVE" and header is above screen maximum height. Like it can be done in windows XP.

In windows XP if you pull window like this, it will be just "over the top". In windows 7 it will try to maximize (or return to state as in screenshot 1).

How to remove this windows 7 feature and make it more simple?

I.e. every time i try to leave game like shown on right side of this screenshot, it automatically gets back to state on left side.

Do not know if this will work, but click on the second box, upper right of the screen, near the X. In my opion that name is suppose to be shown, it is the name of the game. It does not appear to be aproblem with the OS. If were able to hide it in the past, this OS behave differently.

I know this OS behaves differently with windows. It maximizes them if you pull window to the top (or bumps back).

And the second box (it is "Maximize"), it is turned off in that game (as well in most of MMORPG).

As far as i see (and i am new to Win7), there should be some settings or registery edit, that says "bump windows from top" or "always show header" or something like that. I really need it disabled, because it makes me discomfortable to look at window header when i play game.


Fullscreen when i can't instantly switch to ICQ (or Excel) is not good idea.

I noticed theme was renamed.
Actually windows 7 behaves like this with ALL windows, not just EVE or Firefox or Controll Pannel.
All windows get either "maximized" or "bumped back to visible part".

Bump.
EVEmon solves problem for game.

But what to do with other windows such as "Windows media player" that can't be placed above maximum height?
Or Notepad (i do like to see instead of big buttons _ [] X just three tiny lines, which can't be missed).
