I did sfc scan before the format and after to see if my win files are someway corrupted but the scan was clear both times.
I did a memtest.Came clear too.
Also i did a chkdsk and i downloaded hddsentinel trial mode to monitor my hdd and the software didn't find any problem at all with 100% of health.
The weird thing is after the clean install this error happened after 10 minutes idle on desktop...
No new drivers no new software just nothing added.
But in safe mode the laptop runs normal for as long as i am on it.
I thought that it might be a power problem. But the laptop runs fine on safe mode as i mentioned.
Also the temperatures are good while the laptop was thoroughly cleaned inside before 5 months and i have a coolermaster cooling pad with 3 fans getting air out from the laptop case.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try disabling all of the automatic "power" settings: no auto-sleep, no auto-hibernation, no auto power down on your NIC, etc. In other words, make everything stay on all the time.

If that eliminates the problem, then I think you can safely allow the screen to go blank after x minutes of inactivity, if you like. But I would leave the other settings alone.
