Solved every time: windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

UPDATE 01: I just found that I have 9 outdated drivers
IObit Driver Booster PRO

At the moment I will run an online scan for C:\ and see if there is anything special there
UPDATE 02: Scan complete, nothing found, now running a complete scan :/

I decided to "downgrade" from wind 10 to 7 because of windows 10 always wakes/turns on
after turning the system to sleep or hibernate!

however now with windows 7, every time my PC goes to sleep, restarts or shuts down, it recovers with that message:

1) the system automatically goes to sleep after 30 minutes. no problem. When I turn the system on, I get
the message.
2) If I Start > Shut down.... The system appears to be shutting down, the screen goes off, the system
stops responding and stays like that until I have to hold down the shut down button on my case :/

The crashes are being caused by your VPN.
Please update Hotspot Shield or remove it.

disabled hotspot shield.
IOBit Driver Booster works fine I think
just dont want to spend more time fixing this, so far so good I say,
no crashes and does not wake up by itself
