'Everyone' permissions not being applied correctly?

I have a folder called Movies (see the attachment). If you look at the advanced permissions you'll see 'Everyone' should be given to all new files and folders in Movies. Yet when uTorrent puts its new downloads in there automatically the new folder/files never get 'Everyone' permissions. I then have to go there and manually add it which is annoying.

Any idea why?

What do you see for Everyone on the Effective Permissions tab?

Make sure Include inheritable permissions from this Object's parent is checked?
