Aparentally you do not live up to your name.
I am a professional MS certified independant Computer engineer. (I do not work for MS). Anyway. You could not be more wrong.
Suggest you do your homework.
I have and I have pictures that prove that you can install Vista and Win 7 to FAT32 or to exFAT.
It is not a direct method. But it works.

Being that it is not a direct method means that you fudged it. Microsoft says that these systems are not supported on FAT32. As an example, see kb927520 as one example where it says you can't install on FAT32.

So, although you made it work, doesn't mean that if it breaks you have support.

Also, reread my post, I was not totally sure, and was not absolute in my answer.

And, I looked at the posts you indicated, including yours, and they indicate being able to format Partitions in exfat during and after install, but I did not see anywhere where anyone said that they installed the operating system and boot volume on exfat or FAT32. In other words, you indicated that you created two exFAT partitions but NEVER explicitly said you installed Vista or Windows 7 on either of those partitions.Now this doesn't mean that Mcrosoft doesn't release support of doing this later, but at the same time there are features in NTFS, that FAT32 and exFAT don't have today that Vista and beyond are taking more advantage of.
