Explorer background image does NOT appear

hello everyone
i have downloaded many customized themes
after i used the universal theme patcher (UTP) the themes are ok Except the explorer background images dont appear on my PC with windows 7 ultimate x64 idk why i have tried the themes on 2 more laptops with windows 7 ultimate x32 ...anyone can help me ....if you dont know reply please so i start searching allover again...

(the theme are made to be run on win7 for sure)

Welcome to the Seven Forums

Those themes are hard to get working, my advice is to ask the theme maker for help.
