Solved explorer.exe using 12-13% of the CPU

Hi,

as the title says, my explorer.exe is using 12-13% of the CPU, as soon as I start my laptop

I read some threads about deleting recent files, I already searched and deleted my most recent ones but nothing changed

here's a pic of the task manager

How can I find the source of this problem?
I already killed the explorer.exe and re-run it but the cpu usage returns to the same %..

was the IDM(internet download manager) dll screwing my cpu literally... I just followed the steps on that post
