I've got a problem that came up recently and I think it might have something to do with one of the latest Windows 7 updates.
Most of the time when I open up My Computer, it scans for a really long time and shows nothing(ie.no HDDs, Optical Drives or Network Locations) and in certain folders the icons and thumbnails are completely missing.
I've read around about this problem but no one seems to have a good way to solve this issue. Can anyone suggest a way to fix this? Could it be a trojan or something?
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.
