Solved External Hard disk not working

Hi all
I have just bought a 2TB external HDD, transferred some files then stopped.
Now it is shown in my computer and in disk managenet, but not shown in EaseUS Partition Master 11.0 nor in Acronis Disk Director Home.

It syas I/O device error.

Any suggestions?
I have tried formatting, deleting, shrinking, check >>> nothing worked

Hi Aldarraz, welcome to the Forum.

It looks like the External Drive might be faulty & has failed. Take it back to where you got it & demand a replacement.
