Factory Restore on a hewlett packard

Hey

just a question for you as am baffled at the moment.
i brought a hewlett packard MS215UK and would like to factory restore as the person i got it off has left a load of pointless stuff on here i would never use never the less when i press F11 it don't say nothing about it just restore points which i don't want am running windows 7 home premium 64bit any ideas how i can do this place as am new to all windows 7 much appreciated :D

Easy - do it in 3 steps:

1. Download the ISO of the version of Windows for this PC,
2. Perform a clean installation,
3. Activate it using the product key on the COA sticker on the PC.
