I've copied KB3074543 to the Checksur/packages folder but doesn't seem to help.

Please download the attached Packages.zip and extract it
Then, copy and paste the .cat and .mum files to C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\servicing\Packages

Once that is done, run SURT again and copy and paste everything in the CheckSUR log again

So only manifests are now left. Lets take care of that

Download the attached Manifests.zip and extract it
Then, copy and paste the manifest files to C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\winsxs\Manifests

Once that is done, run SURT again and copy and paste everything in the CheckSUR log again
