Fallout 3 GOTY

hey....... so i recently bought fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition from a local store and installed it ok but the thing is it just automatically installed to the default location in my program files and i didnt even get to choose my own destination... The reason this is bothering me is because i like to keep all my games in one folder and keep it sorted and plus i have read that having fallout 3 installed to default location in vista/windows 7 makes it harder for you to install mods (which i would like to do eventually after i play for a bit) because of security

So what i am asking is there a way to change the default install path of this? Ff not is there a way to install mods into the program files folder of fallout 3 without causing too much conflict?

PS: Read that you cant really change default path with steam versions but i didnt buy off steam bought from a retail store so should just be normal...

you can try to reinstall it but this time don't use recommended settings.. this settings will make the default installation patc to c drives
