Family Pack-XP 32 Bit to WIndows 7 64 bit

I would like to know if it is possible to use the Windows 7 Family pack (3 PC's) to upgrade from XP 32 bit to Windows 7 64bit. The price is very tempting rather than buying 3 copies of Windows 7 for my three computers. All 3 (2-Desktops & 1-Laptop) are 64 bit processors but had XP 32 bit installed. Thnx for the info.

Sounds well within reason but it won't be an upgrade as W7 will need to do a clean install and not an upgrade over XP.

As was said you will need to do a clean install since you can not upgrade from XP. You can however purchase the Family 3 CD Upgrade Pack you spoke of and do a clean install from the upgrade CD. See below.
