Fan problems with Windows 7

Hi,

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 notebook. I recently upgraded to Windows 7. The fan in my system runs at full speed all the times. The temprature of the system goes high even with light applications and the system goes off when it reaches the threshold core temprature. I have upgraded the BIOS version and tried updating all the drivers. The problem still persists.

Any inputs?
