i updated the other day and i still have the scroll bar there.
maybe you should try a clean install of FF rather than an update.

The first thing i try if there are browser issues is to disable add-ons.

I have just powered up my Laptop and the up/down side scroll bar has reappeared. Will try my other pc later.

Sorry for the delay in updating. On both pc's the scroll bar is there on intermittent visits. Have not tried a clean FF install yet.
