i'm flabbergasted by how good the PS3 version looks (and plays) in comparison to the PC version of FIFA 09.
the official EA statement reads "If the architecture was identical to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions, FIFA 09 on PC would only be accessible to 1-3% of the PC systems on the market."
i think EA could have spent some time programming so that the game could offer graphic options that catered to both high-end and mid-range PCs. i'm not at all happy with their excuses. more than anything else, this edition of FIFA seems to make a complete mockery of PCs that have the capacity to handle the instructions that a PS3 Cell processor does.
