File Explorer usually (not always but most of the time) became not responding for 30-60 seconds when creating new folder or renaming a folder within a library. During it hang, opening another File Explorer and browse to the same folder will see the folder is not created or renamed yet. After 30-60 seconds, the folder is created or renamed without any error.
The issue only happen within a library. If i create or rename folder within the same folder under direct path (e.g. D:\Music\) then there is no hang issue. However, if i access the same folder under library (i.e. Library > Music) then it usually hang.
Tried with other existing Library or create new Library and all had same issue as long as it is within library. Also tried with different hard drive and it was not hard drive specific issue.
Any idea?
