I'm with FF 3.6.13 but on Windows 7 x86 bit,and I don't have any problems with FF. Did you try uninstalling Firefox and install it again? (download latest version and install it)

Before re installing FF I would start it with a clean profile first (that takes care of all influences stemming from faulty Extensions, themes etc.)
It's fast, non destructive, easily reversible and simple enough so that even inexperienced users can do it.

You wouldn't throw away your car either just because it has a flat tire ;)

Hi, gbp007! :)

Which version of the FF Flash plug-in are you using? Have you tried uninstalling it and then re-installing it?

Look here: Troubleshoot Flash Player installation | Windows for further troubleshooting information.

Follow the steps in the above link but ignore references to IE and ActiveX as you are interested in the Flash plug-in.

you're very welcome, gbp007.
Profiles can and will get corrupted sometimes (that's why I back mine up with this FF plugin

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2109/

And as I said before...I try to fix stuff with little, "surgical" procedures rather than approaching it with a "big roundhouse kick' ;)

Glad you got it working
Thanks for the feedback
