Solved Firewall refuses to turn on due to ERROR

Hey guys I have a problem with my firewall, it refuses to turn on for some reason, and I am the only user on this computer I add, admin etc. All me.

I hope somebody knows how to fix this!

Please do the following and check what may be the cause of the problem...

Download Farbar Service Scanner

Save to the Desktop

• Make sure the following options are checked:
  • Internet Services
  • Windows Firewall
  • System Restore
  • Security Center
  • Windows Update
  • Windows Defender
• Press: Scan
• FSS creates a log, FSS.txt, on the Desktop.

Please provide the FSS.txt in your reply.

What AntiVirus program or Security Suite are you running?

If a Security Suite, does it have a Firewall included?

◦Please download ESET Services Repair tool:
http://kb.eset.com/library/ESET/KB%20Team%20Only/Malware/ServicesRepair.exe
◦Save to your Desktop.
◦Double-click ServicesRepair.exe to run the program
◦If a security notification appears, allow it to proceed.
◦Once the tool is finished with its repairs, you are prompted to restart the computer.
◦Click Yes to restart.

Next, please run the Farbar Service Scanner once again, and post its results. <<---

In Windows Seven, WD is not an AntiVirus program, it is an AntiMalware program. There is a difference.

Please take action now to install an AntiVirus program. <<--- Important!

If you can't get Windows Firewall started with cottonball's instructions, you may have a virus that has disabled wscsvc Service.

Download DDS from one of these links:
DDS.com
DDS.pif

• Disable any script blocking protection
• Double click the dds icon to run the tool.
• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
  2. Attach.txt <--- will be minimized in the task tray
• Save both reports to your desktop.

Include the contents of both logs in your next post.
