First time in almost 2 months I've seen a BSOD on shutdown.

Systems been very stable.

I ran an analysis (BlueScreenView) and it pointed to two drivers as likely culprits. The first one is called mcupdate.dll, but there is actually NO DRIVER or DLL like that on my machine. I suspect its the media center update, but that exits only as an EXE in the windows\ehome directory.

But the crash dump says mcupdate.dll. wtf is that about? Nothing on the net that I can find.

The other possible culprit was the commonly blamed ntoskrnl.exe
