Solved First Custom Build....BSOD errors and flickering screen

To clear it up: right now we are trying to determine if the flickering is due to a bad cable/connection or really the GPU or drivers.
For now, I can't answer your question, because I don't have enough data about what is really going on.

I forgot to do the memtest last night :-\

Today, when the windows started flickering, I removed one monitor and the flickering was still occuring. I removed a second monitor and the flickering stopped.

If it matters, the main display is HDMI, and the two others are DVI-D.

So - I did a little investigating. On Newegg's product page for my graphics card, there's a discrepancy between the listed outputs (1xHDMI, 1xDVI-D) and what is physically present on the card (1xHDMI,2xDVI-D,1xVGA). Under the questions/ratings section there's a comment which says, "The picture is right, but the card can only run 2 monitors because of the chipset."

I am now beginning to feel like an idiot, but is there a way I can confirm or deny that? I am, however, currently running the system with 3 monitors (all are using extended display).

Had a good search through gigabyte website and all four variations of your card are listed multi view = 2, suggesting only two monitors will work.
After googling lots pf people seem to run three but it seems they use specific ports and cant use both dvi at the same time, found some links that may help you but I reckon a display port adapter may be the way forward

Hi you could post a link to the card ;)
2gb card though without another power line I doubt 3 displays is recommended

Yay! GFX was going to be my next stop. It's interesting because I am running all three monitors (HDMI, 2xDVI) with no real issue except the occasional program windows flickering (unless this is also causing the BSOD issues).

Here's the card/revision I have
GIGABYTE - Graphics Card - AMD - PCI Express Solution - Radeon? R7 200 series - GV-R725OC-2GI (rev. 3.0)

The power supply came with the tower:
Amazon.com: Antec Sonata III 500 Quiet Super Mid Tower ATX Case (Black): Electronics
EarthWatts 500w Supply

Edit: Apparently I'm a dummy because it clearly says Multiview: 2 in the specs. Not sure how I missed that.......

Update:

So I've had a few more computer freezes and a couple more BSOD's. One of these actually happened in Safe Mode (the most recent minidump) while I was troubleshooting another issue. I'm uploading a new DM Log with the 3 new minidumps.

Interesting note: these computer freezes will sometimes log me out of all the websites I stay logged into (this one, facebook, etc). The username/password info still autofills, but I'm logged out of the sites.

Please tell me what the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values are in the BIOS.
The reason I can't load some dumps properly is likely due to hardware damage, there are just a few reasons why a bluescreen would occur in safe mode and 1 of them is hardware damage.
   Note
The GPU test hasn't been added, because the GPU isn't used in safe mode.

If anything is overclocked, revert back to stock and test the system

I'm currently in the middle of the memtest. It's been going for about 14 hours and has done 4.5 passes. I've got 2x4GB sticks. Is that normal?

I'm also running the OS on an SSD, but I was experiencing the same issues on my HDD. Once the memtest is complete I'll run the stress test but it looks like I can't do the first one you listed.

So I was a little off on my estimation, 4 passes took 17.5 hours. I needed my computer today so I stopped after the 4th pass. I'll be out of the house later this week, so I'll have time to run it for about ~40 hours. Hopefully that'll get the 8 passes done.

Here's the other info you requested:
12V: 12.144
5V: 5.088
3.3V 3.296

Are the hardware drivers all up to date?
CPU, network, peripherals, others?
Definitely for the CPU and network, check the company for driver updates.
Also check your motherboard manufacturer for driver updates.

As far as I know, everything is up to date. I used the windows driver utility and manually updated all the drivers. I'm currently running the stress test now.
