Hello There

I dont know what just happened but my all of my windows 7 services has been set to automatic. Well I don't know how the heck did it happen, I didn't download anything recently so I'm sure it's not a virus, but I really want to set them back to their default state. By any chance do you guys have any software that can do that instantly? (restore windows 7 services default state)

edit: and also all my ram is being used even after I restart my PC. What the hell is happening?

Hi iNiffy-

Are you saying that if you run services.msc, all services are shown as automatic?

Yes, you are totally correct. And also I'm getting blue screen crashes. So it's hard to navigate around and actually do something in my PC.

First, I suggest you run a full system scan with your anti-virus software. Also, download the free Malwarebytes and scan your system with that.

Since you're getting BSODs, I suggest that you post in the BSOD section and follow the instructions there for generating the documents we can look at to idenify the cause (s). I guess you could post the .zip file here but you'll get more help in the other section.

If SIW2's suggestion didn't work I'll try to post on BSOD section. And also I full-scanned my PC with Malwarebytes already and detected nothing.

Thanks All

I managed to set many of them to default but not all of them with SIW2's suggestion of using the .reg files. For the ones that aren't set to default, I configured them manually with iko22's suggestion.

and for wither 2, thank you for suggesting to post at the BSOD section, but I did not post because my issue got solved anyway, but I checked out the section and found out some useful info. Many thanks.
