I was trying with BT4 live cd and i didn't even saw it on my desktop through it, also tried bunch of different programs but still nothing. Is there any more suggestions how could i erase it?

Try booting into safe mode and delete it there.

**EDIT** I believe "shredder" is a utility for totally deleting files - like dept of defense standards.

Oops, sorry. Missed that you tried safe mode. Now to try to do better.

One thought I have is there is a hidden file in the folder, which would prevent you from deleting it.

- make sure you have ownership of the folder

- open an elevated CMD prompt and remove any read only, system and hidden attributes.
ATTRIB -r -s -H /S /D C:\YourFolderPath\YourFolder\*.xxx

Too many to describe...
OS
Windows 7 x64 pro/ Windows 7 x86 Pro/ XP SP3 x86
Try booting into safe mode with command prompt, navigate to desktop folder, delete the problem folder.

Another option is to boot from the win7 dvd, choose repair my computer, get into command prompt, then delete.

Also try taking ownership of the shredder folder.

Booting into safe mode it's same like normal windows, i got the message "File not found", same thing when i boot win7 dvd.
The ownership doesn't helping me because i only have two options when i go right click, open and create shortcut.
