Folder Permission problem

I know there were many question like this before
And, i almost have tried everything but still it's not solved it

I have tried the way from SECURITY tab folder
It helped in most folders but not everything
and sometimes it got messier where i can do anything cept read
Even though i'm the administrator

And i have tried formatting the HDD, but still it have the problem
The HDD which hold the backup folder got same problem too
so i HAVE 2 HDD(1 tb each) have this problem

Please, is there any easy way to delete those permission?
To do it once per folder it is too much

Oh yeah, i want to know what are the name of the permission in the security folder when i do that feature?
i want to delete those premission that got some string name or something like S-132...
I'm afraid that will make some problem in future

Not exactly ... but sometimes people mess up with their windows folder after taking ownership of it . I would suggest it to have a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/663-backup-complete-computer-create-image-backup.html before applying that shortcut in C drive .... so that it can be reverted back easily in future , if needs .

Is windows folder is that C:\Windows\.... ?
Or all folder that registered in my computer?
If yes it is the C:, i think i won't mess or maybe touching something in that system folder
I'm still an end user won't mess that up before knowing what i'm doing
