Font Problem, Please help

Sup guys, im new to the forums....

Not sure how this happens, but my font was all in italics, And i didnt really like it, when i would open up internet explore or anything like all the buttons you could click on where italics everywhere. Well i tried a search and got a vistafontregistry file that would change font to default, well i got the font changed off italics but now all my fonts are different, they seem a little smalled and some fonts in iE r bold, i guess vista fonts.... what im looking for is how can i get windows 7 default font for everything, like the windows 7 registry font file or something i need help... i looked at the turtorial already and that doesnt fix it, i guess since its changed in the registry file so yea... i want my font to be like i just installed windows...

Have you tried a System Restore to a point before the issue arose?

Jonathan's solution is very good, and you may want to use it. If you do not have a restore point or one far back enough to solve the problem. Perhaps you may want to takt a look at this

I already tried a restore point, didnt have obe back far enough.
and its not that i need to install a font, my fonts are there...
its my registry file thats messed up with the fonts and i dont know how to fix it. heres a pic

if you see the two, MS SHELL DLG - the calibri ones, are the two i think im suppose to fix, but im not sure at all... just from what i read somewhere else.

here you can see how different my fonts look in my email status, looks smaller.... and my iE fonts are different too and in all my windows/programs.
