@Madcratebuilder ,I notice my new GTX 780 TI doesn't clock well at higher clocks it looses performance

I think after a certain point overclocks become noneffective for the reason that closer to stock my card outperforms the overclock with my AMD set up in crossfire it is better to have the second GPU at a lower speed vs the first GPU you gain more with the 2nd card clocked lower

This is one of the many reasons i went with one card set up now the performance is negotiable but....not worth it when 2x$350.00 cards under performs or just the 2nd card is simply under utilized

I ran many test to see my 2nd GPU only muster 30 % use the Sli crossfire thing just isn't worth it unless you have Multi monitors and even then still underused ,I really think after having two set ups with crossfire it only helped me at times when i had lower end cards other then that top end cards useless and overclocking is worse because of two cards

I'm starting to wonder if it's a scam because i would expect at least 50 to 60 % use out of the second card

I tend to agree. I had pretty good results crossfiring two 7750's, when I crossfired a pair of 7950's not much increase, in fact I had problems with crossfire working with all apps. Back to a single 7950 running boost and it runs much smoother and even cooler, 34C at idle, in CF it was more like 40C.

Crossfire does have some issues with apps. I used to Crossfire a pair of AMD 4670s and besides the problems with incompatibilities with games and apps, I never really saw much of a performance gain vs a single card.

Crossfire does have its benefits but also has a good few problems, eg. Micro stutter= kill me now

I got away from those types of set ups the drivers just drove my cards mad
