For what purpose aclayers.dll used for ?

I want to know usage of aclayers.dll in Windows 7 because i'm using an anti cheat named " Ucp Anti cheat " and aclayers.dll is blocking Ucp anti cheat and did not allowing to RUN.

Well im getting this error would you please help me to solve this problem...

how can i solve this?

try running cmd as administrator and type sfc /scannow after that you should also try this command sfc /SCANFILE=C:\Windows\AppPatch\AcLayers.dll
