Force delete of protected system files

I am reorganising my software to have only Windows functional files on drive C:/ and all other files on drive D:/.
I cannot delete Program files, Program Files(X86) and similar from drive C:/ because system will not allow access to the files.
Can anyone please advise how to overcome this system limitation.

The easiest way to do it is from a Linux boot disk. I recommend LinuxLiteOS. Suggest you take a disk image backup first.

Umm...you should not be trying to delete those folders....You are just going to break things.

I have a silly question.

Why are you wanting to do such a thing?
I would suggest leaving Windows 7 protected files exactly where Windows 7 put them.
