forgot password on acer aspire

Can anybody help with a way to log onto my acer aspire. I forgot my password and can't get into Windows 7 If there's a free program or any advice that would help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure how someone forgets their password to log into Windows.
Does you computer have a administrator or I.T. Department that can help.

I'm unable to help you hack around a password protected computer.
