Forgotten Admin Password, how do I find it in Windows?

I have an old dell laptop I set up for my daughter. It has win 7 ultimate 32. I can not remember the Admin password I used when I set it up. The screen is cracked so I have another monitor hooked up. This monitor only comes up after Windows is loaded up, so I can't get into CMOS or anything else before windows boots up. F8 doesn't help, because I can't see anything on the screen. Anything I try to do in my daughters log in, wants the ADMIN password, Which I can't remember. I can't even reinstall windows because I can't get into CMOS to set it to boot from disk or USB.

IS there any way to get the password stored in windows somewhere like in a file or something? or any other way around the Admin PW?

I don't know if this will work being as you can't boot from a CD-ROM, but this is one of the few ways I know about:

and

There are almost no ways to reset a user password if you've lost it and don't have a password recovery disk. An administrator account is even tougher.

Unfortunately, since you can't boot from the CD, you might be out of luck. :(

Unfortuntely, As I put before, with the screen cracked I can get into BIOS (I called it CMOS Sorry) to change settings to let it boot into anything else except for regular windows, so that kind od limits my options. I was thinking about just taking the HDD out, putting it in another computer, or getting the HDD out of my other broke laptop, and swapping them so I could get in.
