If you are struggling to identify drivers etc - especially if you bought a computer with pre-installed stuff on it but you want to upgrade the OS to full retail or another version then I suggest - BEFORE installing the new OS try one of these FREE programs -- - they are STAND alone -- they don't require logging in to Driver max or those sites that sucker you in and then spam you with email every few days if you DON'T upgrade to "Pro" etc etc.
Read the article first before you willy nilly download everything.
