Freezing when using 3gb of RAM

When i strat withmy 3gb my pc eventualy freezes. I ran memtest86 and it found 1 error.

You can't repair RAM. It's OK or it isn't.

I have no idea if the RAM error is the cause of your freezing. If it always freezes with the RAM stick and never freezes without it, I'd guess the RAM stick was the cause.

In which case you solve it by not using that stick.

All fans PWM; speeds at idle: CPU circa 500 rpm; intake circa 600 rpm; exhaust circa 600 rpm; CPU temps 27 idle and 47 C load in a warm room (27 C/81 F) when running Intel Extreme Tuning Utility stress test.
