It actually appears that your network driver is the last actual driver to be called, almost immediately before the system's CPUs go into deep sleep power states (and then hibernation occurs). It isn't obvious what the hang could be here, but I'm wondering if you are able to reproduce it with your network card(s) disabled in device manager?
