Turning on my PC after hibernation last night stuck in Windows Error Recovery, instead of just swimmingly proceeding through normal resume process.

This is how my screen looked like: image3.png

I chose "Start Window Normally"
Now does anyone have any idea if I can have another shot at resuming from hibernation, maybe force windows now to restart from last saved hibernation file?

Is there anything I can try or is it done now that I have started window without it?
Although I do see hiberfil.sys in my root partition.

You might be able to recover work in progress from the individual applications.

I'm not aware of any forced resume from hibernation switch. Maybe someone else will chime in. Otherwise, what comes to mind is saving the existing hiberfil.sys and swapping it back before trying a standard Resume. Or going into the BCD and switching the GUID for a standard startup (any one of them) to the one for Resume. Very emphatically, I have never tried either of these. These are just some thoughts and may involve risk to the system.
