For a while now, my computer has been randomly freezing for a few seconds several times a day. Sometimes its just a program, and sometimes its the whole computer.
Is there anything I could do to fix this (I have TuneUp and CC cleaner installed), or should I just consider reinstalling the OS with a clean slate?
