OK, now no do it .... Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Hi,

Sorry for taking so long, I try to run each test for around 14+ passes which takes a while with 4GB sticks. Nearly done with all the tests though, and no errors so far. I noticed however, that I did not get any BSOD at all from the 4th to 16th Jan, at which I got one. Zip attached.

Lately it is found that this particular driver version has some serious bugs. Roll back to a known stable earlier one:

• Download and install Driver Fusion.
• Reboot the computer in Advanced Boot Options, safe mode. Search Driver Fusion in your start menu, and remove all components of your nVidia display driver.
• Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Drivers > Beta and Legacy; search there with your cards particulars for GeForce 306.23 Driver, dated 13.9.2012 and install it.
