Frequent BSODs, restarts, freezes 0x4000000000000000

Greetings, I just joined after trying to look for solutions.. please pardon me if am doing something wrong. I have read the rules though. I just want to make a new thread so i can re-post any error i get again after am helped. I play football manager 2013 a lot too but my system should be good enough to play it unless am advised otherwise
