dmp file attached

Win7 Pro x64
Intel i7 4790k
Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z97 mobo
4x4GB GSKILL Ripjaws X RAM
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760
2x 4TB HDD (forget the brand/model)

The crash is totally random but usually happens when the computer is not in use. The BSOD appears for a few seconds before the system reboots, then forces me into the BIOS where all the settings have been changed to the defaults. I have to reset the memory timings before I can get back into Windows. From there I use the Intel XTU to change the CPU settings to those recommended by Intel.

In spite of what the zip file shows, I have been receiving crashes between January and now, but it was not generating a dmp file.

SFC /scannow comes up clean
memtest86 shows no errors
Check Disk was performed yesterday with no errors

I'm happy to provide any further information you may need

I realized that I had not supplied details of the crash when I posted this. I have edited the original post.
