Frequent freeze and shutdown.

My computer is like broken. This happened at least a year ago and it keeps recurring.
1. When I do random things, my computer sometimes freezes and shuts down or goes into power saving mode and shut down.
1.1 When my computer freezes, sometimes it gives out buzz sound. Sometimes it gives blue screen but it shuts down too quickly that I can't read the screen messages. Sometimes it freezes in the middle of a blue screen. Sometimes when it shut down, it gives 4 beeps upon rebooting.
1.2 When my computer enters power saving mode, I can't wake it up. The case gives out a "ta" sound and when I press (but not hold) the power button, the computer shuts down. Even when I tries to restart the computer, I can hear the fan but the screen won't turn on and I am able to turn off the computer by simply pressing the button.

2. This situation usually happens during gaming but sometimes freezes or shutdown happens when the computer idle for a while or when I open a random folder or when i open browser.

3. The computer usually becomes slow when I restart after freezing or shutdown.

I would say that it needs to be cleaned, specially the heat sink.
4 beeps can be for memory problems.
I would take the MB out, clean it and the memory s contacts and slot. Don't take out the heat sink. Tale only the heat sink fan and clean it (heat sink and fan) with a paint brush.
