SOLVED! Need Help - Repeating Shutdown/ Stop Error

My refurbished Win7 Home Premium PC, purchased 2016, has worked great until today. I shut it down normally yesterday, but it will not boot normally today. It will boot in Safe mode with a message that the problem has been solved, BUT it will not start normally.

Also, this PC is connected via an ethernet cable, but in Safe Mode, it appears as not connected. Video attached.

the 7E stop code generally means a problem with an attached (plug and play PNP) peripheral... usb connection/printer/etc

in safe mode run
sfc /scannow
dskchk

if they come back clean
follow this tutorial select >>> Last Known Good
Advanced Boot Options
