According to this tut Setting Up Windows 7 it is advised that we should run the full OS update, and that any drivers in device manager should be updated, BEFORE installing any of the chipset, VGA, and other drivers from manufacturers . Is that really so?
I actually start with all the necessary chipset, VGA, sound, LAN, etc, an then I go onto the OS update. Is this correct?
