Fresh windows reinstall, computer keeps freezing

The title says it all really, I did a fresh windows reinstall a few days ago and now every so often my computer freezes. I'm assuming it's a driver issue but I don't know.

Compare the install you did to the perfect install compiled in Clean Reinstall Windows 7
which has been used by over 1.3 million consumers without a single problem. If it doesn't measure up, then I'd redo it. The driver steps are so important they are printed in red.

If the install is good then work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 starting with a Clean Boot, infection tests, SFC, hardware tests, cull logs for repeat problems to resolve, etc. This should uncover the problem with patient persistence. Report back as you go for possible added steps.
