Fujitsu T4215 switches to low resolution 124x768

Installed Win 7 ultimate. updated to the latest intel 945 drivers. I have a problem with the graphics resolution.
I have set the screen resolution to SXGA 1400 × 1050. However, when I flip the screen to tablet mode or when I login after suspend, the screen flickers (goes black for a second) and the resolution switches to 1024x768. I have looked in many places for a solution. Problem still persists. Any help appreciated.

Roll back to the driver given by the Win7 installer for comparison.

Check Windows Updates for more recent.

Win7 has the most of the latest drivers since they funded the WHQL partnership that built Win7 drivers with all manufacturers.

You can also try installing the Vista driver which worked for it in Vista compatibility mode.
