Full screen game minimizes

Hi, I'm using a laptop and whenever I'm running full screen game, it's getting minimized automatically. I tried restoring and restoring, still does not resolve the issue. Then I tried some basic trouble shooting, which I'm not sure what it was, then continued restoring and restoring then the game went well.

I don't think this is a hardware issue. I just bought it last week. My videocard is ATI, 1 gb and RAM is 2 GB. I also don't think that this is virus-triggered as I scanned my system already and no alert found.

I have also noticed that when I opened the ATI driver, there is an error found in my Event Viewer. Something like Exception Error. Is this the case?

nitced this in win 7 numerous times, more so in wc3 dx9 game then any other.
