I have a problem that occurs quite often. I plug my Samsung Galaxy s4 SCH-I545 into a USB port on my Windows 7 64-bit laptop. I attempt to copy image files over from the device to various folders on my laptop. I sometimes will get a Windows Explorer has stopped working crash. Windows Explorer restarts. Now I have to open both folders again, the one on the laptop and the one on my phone and continue where I left off. I have also had this problem on older previous Windows 7 32-bit machines that I no longer own. A search on the web wasn't very helpful, less than half of the first page was remotely related, of which all seemed to deal with video files and Windows Vista. I am copying image files onto Windows 7. Can anybody can provide a fix?
